I am so glad I found your website. I cannot tell you what a disaster my mouth has been my entire life. Dental work is so very expensive and I just can't afford to put off the bills to get them fixed. I was beginning to feel really old. I am going to get my mouth fixed now and begin a new life. To me too, confidence is everything. It just amazes me that our dental health isn't valued more. What I have just read from Delivering Smiles seemed like an unattainable dream.  I 'm not ashamed to tell you that my confidence level is very low because of missing and decayed teeth I have learned to fix my mouth when I talk so people can't see my shame but they look at me funny because I never smile and I have lost my smile for years. Isolation and not approaching people have become a bad habit I will never get use to. I didn't know about the clinic in Newport AR.  I do live about 50 miles away, but it is better than nothing.  Also, I read your whole site...thank you.  You are a saint.  We do not have flouride in our water, and never have.  So now our teeth are worse off.  Dody
